Opera Circus, a local performing arts organisation based in Bridport began the youth arts programme The Complete Freedom of Truth (TCFT) in 2014 in Dorset, having been working in Bosnia with young people since 2008.

This year TCFT is working with Izazov! (meaning Provocation!) a Bosnian/UK project which is part of the Changing the Story! A global project led by Leeds University.

The evening will start with the showing of a number of short documentary films made by young people from Dorset, Bosnia, Italy and Sudan, not necessarily film makers, sharing stories about things they care about.

This is followed by ‘Don’t Be Nice’, an emotional and inspiring film that gives insightful commentary on race, gender, identity and sexual politics in America today.
